Weekend Wrap-Up

I would say that this weekend parenthood kicked my butt. We had some fun times, but Christopher seemed to be testing us more and Mikayla seemed to get even more sassy and mommy was grumpy.




Christopher played with Mikayla's favorite lion. He did not care about this at all until his sister started trying to eat it.





Mikayla did some impressive maneuvering with a teething ring and her feet.





We went to my company's picnic at the State Fair.





Saturday night's dinner was not impressive. Leftovers and indoor grilled chicken.





Christopher and I made the half an hour trip to Trader Joe's. We got something special for TV-Off Tuesday to cook. I'm excited - because this can.not.go.wrong.





Mikayla teethed some more.





Christopher looked cute eating his homemade pizza.





And, Sunday I made a new recipe for roasted chickpea taco salad. I really enjoyed ... Mike not so much.
