Circus with Dad

Now that we have two kids, we have been trying to do things with just one of the kids for one on one time. For example, Saturday mornings Christopher takes a soccer class where I run around and play soccer with him (pictures to come). To that end a few weeks ago, Mike took Christopher to the Circus. They seemed to have a great time from what Mike reported. However, I do recall a few texts, like "$6 bounce house disaster", "I'm going so broke" and "he's mad because he wants to go down into the ring." Alas, the trip ended strong with the motorcycles.

Mikayla Three Months

I can't believe how quickly Mikayla is growing up. I think if it were up to her, she would already be following her brother around. She is still a smiley, talkative, chill baby. She really only gets upset when she is hungry. She doesn't really give you much notice either. She seems to be enjoying daycare - there is always something for her to watch.

Christopher still enjoys being a big brother. He is very helpful. Always getting her pacifier when she starts to fuss. Recently, he is wanting to share his food with her so we've been talking a lot about how Mikayla needs teeth like him before she can eat his pretzels. He wants to hold her more and sit next to her. Hopefully, this sibling love will continue to grow and they will become great pals.
