We took our first trip to the Zoo over Memorial Day Weekend and Christopher really got into it. He loved riding the ponies and every animal we saw when we left he would say "Bye, giraffe" or "Bye, hippo" It was super cute. We were even able to let him out of the stroller and he held our hands and walked along with us. It was a great time, except the 90 degree heat. Hopefully, this will be the first of many trips this summer.
